This page collects public policy entrypoints and conservative website-level disclosures. Kungfu is still being prepared, so this is not a hosted-service terms package.
License
Kungfu core software is released under the Apache License 2.0. Open-source rights do not automatically grant rights to official hosted services, package identity, or trademarks.
Trademark and identity
Kungfu UNGFU™ is a trademark of Kungfu Origin Technology Limited. The ™ symbol identifies the claimed mark and makes no claim about registration status.
Kungfu remains the product name, and UNGFU is not a separate product or runtime. Official project names, domains, and commercial identity are governed separately from the source code license.
Acceptable use
Kungfu is intended to help developers and agents inspect runtime behavior honestly. Official integrations should preserve evidence quality, user control, and truthful attribution.
Provider compliance
Official integrations should respect provider terms, credential boundaries, billing and quota attribution, and usage transparency.
Security reporting
Public feedback and code contributions start on GitHub. Security issues should use GitHub private vulnerability reporting for the open-source repository.
Privacy posture
This public website does not ask visitors to create an account. The product direction keeps the core workflow local-first and avoids default upload for local evidence.
Hosting, CDN, browser, and GitHub surfaces may process ordinary operational logs according to their own infrastructure and policy boundaries.
